ZERO-EMISSION POLYURETHANE REINFORCEMENT SYSTEMS
Thermoformed reinforcement with Greensir® requires only one operator, making the process simpler and more efficient. It boasts very fast processing times—just 4 minutes for a shower tray, 6 minutes for a bathtub, and 15 minutes for a spa—offering a competitive price and high quality compared to traditional reinforcement products. The entire production process is environmentally friendly and sustainable. Greensir® serves as an alternative to fiberglass without styrene, providing a fresher and more eco-friendly option. It has a lower environmental impact than similar products, is recyclable and reusable, ensuring greater sustainability throughout its lifecycle, and offers excellent value for money. The thermoformed curing process does not emit toxic gases or vapors, making it safer for both the environment and operators. It also significantly reduces drying times for reinforced shells, which are ready in just 5 to 15 minutes, and requires minimal space for storing shells that need to harden. Additionally, the recycling of shavings waste is an important feature: it is recyclable and reusable, helping to lower material costs, and is not considered special waste, so it can be reused as secondary raw material. This also contributes to reducing disposal costs associated with special waste.
Thermoformed product entry
Greensir process is a reinforcing system for thermoformed products with a zero styrene emissions polyurethane.

Curing time

The reinforced pieces can be immediately cut, drilled and finished without time loosing for long catalysis.
